Please read the following carefully if you are testing for COVID-19:
Text (703) 646-0189* with your name and appointment time once you have arrived in the parking lot area of the lab parking lot. Please do not wait in the hallway as you will be asked to go back and wait in your car. If you're unable to text, please call 814-689-9790 and leave a voicemail; we will return your call as soon as we receive the voicemail.
If you're able to, please respond to info@clinicaldiagnosticlab.com with a picture or copy of your photo ID, Insurance card, and Lab order (if it was not faxed or emailed to us). Please do so immediately after making an appointment or at least two hours prior to your appointment.
Please bring a mask; if you don’t have one, one will be provided to you (if we have supplies available; otherwise, please bring a scarf to cover your mouth).
Please arrive on time as we have back to back appointments. When you arrive, please remain in your car until you are called in.
Note: If you do not have a doctor's order, we will be unable to use insurance. We can recommend you to a few practices that accept new patients if you do not have a primary care physician.
FAQ: How do I get my results?
Results are sent to your doctor's office if you came with a doctor's order. You will also receive an emailed copy of lab results upon completion (Check your Spam!) If you do not receive results after the given turnaround time, please reach out to the lab then, by emailing us at info@clinicaldiagnosticlab.com.
